Hello my name is Louise Bigmore and my whole life has revolved around design and interiors.

Completing a B.A Interior Design at R.M.I.T in Melbourne Victoria Australia, with a follow up of colour studies, soft furnishings, autocad, reupholstery and photography i’ve certainly had a good introduction to the world of creating interiors and design.

I’ve worked in the interiors field for several years including the soft furnishings industry for aproximately ten years, followed by another ten years designing kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, study and living areas, this has certainly put me in good stead for opening up my own design studio.

I became a mum back in 2017. This was certainly life changing as did moving to Geelong from Melbourne to marry my husband and buy our home. I’ve been a stay at home mum full time raising our beautiful and energetic daughter, and have found myself living in my kitchen space this whole time (especially during those crazy years of Covid lockdown). It has certainly given me a chance to reflect and focus on what makes an ultimate family friendly kitchen.
